  • Anti-discrimination and EEO Training: This training examines the types of workplace conduct that are considered unlawful discrimination and harassment. It explains what employees should do to avoid or minimize incidents of employee discrimination and harassment in the workplace, including bullying. 
  • Abusive Conduct and Bullying Training: This training will provide you with an overview on what constitutes workplace bullying, steps to identify and address workplace bullying behaviors, how to prevent it from happening, and how to correct if it happens again. 
  • Accountability in the Workplace: This training will teach you to set expectations, improve employee performance, and ensure employee accountability. It encompasses job documentation, communicating expectations and coaching employees to ensure success. 
  • Civility in the Workplace Training: This training will define civility in the workplace, identify behaviors and changes needed to create a civil workplace. We will review skills and techniques needed to build and create civility in the workplace.
  • Conflict Resolution: This training will provide participants with tools, techniques, and practice in resolving work conflicts involving employees, coworkers, supervisors, and customers
  • How to Effectively Conduct Workplace Investigations: Participants will learn step-by-step guidelines for investigating complaints and how to avoid legal pitfalls of investigations. They will learn how to recognize workplace situations that require an investigation and how to develop an investigation plan. They will learn how to collect and record evidence, the rights of the parties involved in an investigation, how to identify and interview the parties and witnesses, how to assemble statements, how to write a detailed and thorough report, and how to make recommendations about the next steps after investigations are complete.
  • Managing Leave of Absences and Reasonable Accommodations: This training will help your managers and supervisors understand compliance regulations and application. They will partner with HR in timely fashion to effectively communicate the needs of employees medical leave and accommodations. 
  • Performance Management: This training will teach managers how to identify performance problems and how to hold employees accountable to performance standards. It will give supervisors the tools and needed practice on how to have difficult conversations and how to effectively coach employees in improving performance. Supervisors will also learn about the disciplinary process and proper documenting of performance detail that will withstand legal scrutiny.
  • Sexual Harassment and Bystander Intervention Training: This training is for employees and supervisors who need information on sexual harassment prevention in the workplace. This is done by focusing on what constitutes as sexual harassment and what steps can be taken to prevent it. Training provides tools in identifying these behaviors and the skill-set to effectively prevent harassment in escalating into a more hostile situation.
  • Title IX Training: This training will provide you with a working understanding of Title IX. Case studies and exercises focus on investigating sexual harassment, sexual violence, stalking, and intimate partner violence (domestic and dating), including trauma-informed interviews.  
  • Unconscious Bias and Microaggressions Training: In this training, you will learn to recognize and acknowledge your own biases so that you may identify them before making biased decisions. You will learn strategies for overcoming personal and organizational bias.   
  • Workplace Violence Training: This course provides information for employees and supervisors. It focuses on recognizing behaviors that are considered workplace violence and how to prevent those behaviors from occurring and/or escalating.
