Because internal investigations can have serious ramifications for employers and employees, selecting the right investigator is critical.  Sejal is a highly skilled and independent investigator.  Retaining an outside investigator under many circumstances avoids common problems that can arise.  For example, if the situation involves a serious conflict of interest or if the matter is complex or high-profile, it is best to retain a neutral investigator to evaluate documentation, ascertain the credibility of witnesses, and connect related facts to either corroborate or refute evidence.
